尼克•莫里斯 holds a degree in Human Movement, is an accredited accessibility consultant with the Association of Access Consultants of 澳大利亚 and has degree qualifications for both the secondary and vocational educational sectors. In 1996 as part of the Aussie Rollers, he won a Paralympic Gold medal in Atlanta in wheelchair basketball. In 1997 Nick was awarded an Order of 澳大利亚 medal for his services to sport and then went on to compete at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics finishing 5th.

Nick is a recognized expert in accessibility, having consulted in the field of 通用设计 and Accessibility for over 20 years. Due to an accident that resulted in Nick becoming a paraplegic at the age of 16, Nick has had first-hand experience with the requirements of accessibility. Nick created MGAC Accessibility Consulting and, 作为董事, became an integral planner and technical consultant to many corporate and large event organizers, including Olympic and Paralympic bid and delivery cities before joining the Jensen Hughes International team. The combination of both sporting and business experiences – including his participation as a member of the “Rollers” gold medal team in Atlanta in 1996 – elevated Nick to become an expert consultant to the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) for over 10 years. This culminated in Nick winning the Silver Medal for Event 服务 at the Rushmans Event awards in London.
